  • In-Office X-ray - Available in Oxford location only

Used to determine bone pathology such as fractures, heel
spurs, deformities, bone tumors, etc.
Leading-Edge Technology Utilized in our Office:

How It Works:

The PADnet eliminates the use of Doppler Ultrasound to
obtain segmental blood pressures, the basis for the ABI
(ankle brachial index) and TBI (toe brachial index) values.
Many clinical experts believe the ABI is the single best
screening test for cardiovascular disease, and the TBI is a
replacement for the ABI for those patients whose ankle
vessels are non-compressible.

PAD (Poor Circulation) is currently under diagnosed and
under treated because there has not been a testing device
that is easy to use, or reproduces quality results every time.
By combining segmental blood pressure measurements,
bilateral PVR waveforms at multiple levels and venous refill
time, PADnet+ supplies a more comprehensive test result
than other physiologic test devices. In addition, connecting
primary care physicians and vascular specialists via the
PADnet+ web interface is better than existing methods, as it
facilitates diagnosis and care coordination more effectively
and efficiently.

Can be scheduled and performed at any NMFS

Diagnostic Imaging
  • Diagnostic Ultrasound - Available in Oxford location only

Used to determine soft tissue pathology such as neuroma, inflammation, plantar
fasciitis, tendonitis, soft tissue masses, etc.
Pain Management
  • Neurotherm - Available by appointment

Used to treat heel pain, neuroma, and chronic pain
Neurotherm is a Radiofrequency product which
has been used by Pain Physicians to
successfully treat chronic pain for decades.
More recently NeuroTherm invited input from
leading Foot & Ankle and Podiatry specialists to
develop a system suitable for treating chronic
foot pain.

The NeuroTherm NT-250 radiofrequency
generator was specifically designed for the use
in treating pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis,
Neuroma, and Chronic Foot Pain.

The system uses radiofrequency nerve ablation
(RFNA) to target and disrupt signaling from the
nerve. The procedure is a simple office based
technique, and allows patients to return to daily
activities immediately following the procedure.
  • Serial Injections - Available in all locations

Often given in a series with Vitamin B12 for chronic nerve pain
